How to find your size

Prepare a pen, a ruler/tape measurer, and a white paper.
Use a ruler or tape measurer to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe).
Choose a size from the sizing chart above.
Find the closest measurement, in Heel to Toe (cm), that is equal to or greater than the length of your foot. For example, a man whose foot measures 27 cm will fit size US 8 (EU 41).

Measuring Tips

To ensure an accurate reading when measuring, flatten your foot by shifting your weight forward.
If your measurement is between two sizes, always move up to the larger size.
Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Fit yourself at a similar time as when you will be wearing the footwear. For daily footwear, fit yourself when you?ve been on your feet all day because your feet have expanded.
If you have a wide foot, please move up 1-2 size larger for better fit.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 10 – 15 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Expedited Shipping: 10-15 business days.

Express Shipping: 7-10 business days.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

F. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Any item returned for reasons not caused by our error

4. Return Shipping Cost (Updated Policy)

Since we are an international retailer, all return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, even for defective products.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances (except in cases of our fault).

If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
