No Hassle Returns and Refunds (For Defective Items Only)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we are happy to offer a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns (Defective Items Only)

We only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• The issue is proven to be our fault (manufacturer or fulfillment error)

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused

• In the same condition you received it

• In the original packaging

Returns for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, dislike of the product, or buyer error are not accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized items (names, numbers, custom designs, etc.)

• Any item returned for reasons not caused by our error

3. Return Request Process

To start a return:

2. Include:

   • Photos or video showing the defect

   • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping Cost (Updated Policy)

Since we are an international retailer, all return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, even for defective products.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances (except in cases of our fault).

If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed

• The refund will be applied to your original payment method
